Job Overview:
As a Business Development Engineer at Stark Tech, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. This role involves active account management with assigned accounts to achieve revenue and profit targets.

About Us:
Stark Tech is a total optimization provider of facilities and energy solutions. We integrate systems, offer energy-efficient equipment and services, and provide building analytics to help customers meet sustainability goals. Our large-scale equipment converts waste to renewable natural gas, reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Additionally, we enhance the utility grid with microgrid and battery energy storage solutions, along with solar development consulting services.

Salary:$90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate awareness to Stark Equipment's core competencies and capabilities
  • Work with management and peers on account management, sales strategies and goal achievement, project design, project bidding, project management, and pipeline management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering
  • Three (3) years experience in HVAC boiler, or critical power systems
  • Three (3) years experience in sales engineering
  • A proven track record in account management
  • Knowledge of construction industry
  • Understanding of product and systems application and design & project management
