Job Overview

This is a key leadership role in Talent Acquisition that offers a significant impact at Arm during a period of sustained growth. As a matrixed role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to refine and implement the strategy and direction for the attraction and selection of talent for engineering and business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of full-cycle in-house recruiters passionate about recruiting hardware and software engineers across the US & Canada.
  • Provide strong relationship management between the recruitment delivery team, internal customers, and partners.
  • Offer updates on hiring status and advice on innovative sourcing strategies while coaching and mentoring a high-performing TA team.
  • Achieve this by demonstrating proficiency in collaborating, transitioning workload, and supporting team members in your region.
Requirements
  • Proven success in leading talent acquisition teams, with a focus on strategy, planning, and execution.
  • A deep understanding of the technology talent sector, ideally in a software or hardware engineering environment with validated knowledge of the challenges, opportunities, and trends.
  • Lead, empower, and mentor a team of recruiters to meet and exceed the needs of our ambitious hiring plans.
  • Be accountable for overall team goals in line with industry benchmarks.
  • Confident in pulling Excel reports, crafting pivot tables/dashboards, analyzing data, and comfortable sharing and addressing diverse groups as an ambassador for TA activity.
