Job Opportunity

Four Hands, a leading global designer and wholesaler of lifestyle home furnishings, is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for executing the recruiting strategy for our internal teams, conducting kickoff meetings with hiring managers, and partnering with hiring teams to drive recruiting efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
  • Guide candidates through the full cycle recruitment process
  • Work with hiring teams to create job descriptions and update data integrity in our internal Applicant Tracking System
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends, best practices, and sources
  • Develop and maintain networks of active and passive candidates
  • Monitor job boards, career postings, and internet employment resources
  • Support job/career fairs and employee onboarding process
  • Manage side projects to elevate the Talent Acquisition team
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external hiring laws and regulations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or staffing
  • Experience in a fast-paced recruiting setting and ability to handle competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with potential new hires in person
  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail
