Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our team at Stress Free Auto Care. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to our rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to identify and acquire top candidates for exempt roles.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in recruiting, focusing on exempt roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
