Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Management Lead to join our Product & Technology Team at Procore.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Technical Program Managers within our Cybersecurity Organization. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives that are critical to Procore's overall security posture.

You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that cybersecurity program objectives are aligned with the company's broader strategic goals. Your leadership will drive the continuous improvement of program management practices across the team, and you will be responsible for facilitating collaboration across multiple teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity initiatives into the broader organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Technical Program Managers, guiding them in delivering high-impact cybersecurity programs.
  • Oversee the management of multiple, concurrent cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Procore's cybersecurity strategy.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure that cybersecurity program objectives are in line with the company's broader strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms to measure and report on program success across the organization.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity initiatives into the broader organizational processes.
  • Act as the key communication conduit between cybersecurity teams and executive leadership, providing clear, articulate, and actionable reporting on the status, risks, and outcomes of cybersecurity programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management methodologies, tools, and processes within the cybersecurity domain.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, with a minimum of 5 years focused on managing enterprise-wide cybersecurity or technology programs.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong ability to align program objectives with overall business strategy, ensuring that cybersecurity initiatives drive meaningful impact for the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to executive leadership and influence decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, solve complex problems, and deliver incremental value in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains and principles, with the ability to effectively oversee the implementation of security initiatives.
