National Road Logistics Business Development Manager

Are you looking to advance your career in logistics with a leading global organization? Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a National Road Logistics Business Development Manager to drive business growth and development in the sales channel key account management (KAM) area.
Your Role
As a National Business Development Manager for Road Logistics (NAM), you will be responsible for driving business development with a strong focus on key account management. You will work closely with the KAM team to achieve set net growth targets and make an impact on increasing return on investment (ROI).
Your Responsibilities
Assess the Key Account Management (KAM) performance from previous years and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze KAM portfolios and identify focus accounts based on Road Logistics capabilities and ambitions.
Develop a compelling value proposition with global technology and in partnership with local operation teams.
Support KAM teams in customer initial approach and identification of potential road business opportunities.
Collaborate with the tender management team to increase hit-rate and support KAM teams in customer engagement until tender is secured.
Your Skills and Experiences
Minimum of 5 years B2B business development experience.
Minimum of 10 years industry experience within freight forwarding and transportation and logistics.
Open to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.
Bachelor's Degree.
