Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company. As a key member of our branch office sales/service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting the financial needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and effective service to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process various customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial services, efficiently and accurately.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, including technology, to provide informed solutions to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch office sales/service team members to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day branch operational activities and financial services, including cash handling and ATM services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or general banking diploma preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a related position, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Skill(s): Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in various types of technology and software.
