Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Balance cash drawers, night deposits, and ATM balances, and perform back-up duties as needed.
  • Provide expert advice on bank products and services, including technology, to meet the financial needs of clients.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Refer clients and prospects to appropriate partners to meet their financial needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or general banking diploma preferred.
  • Training in customer service, communication, and relationship building.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a related position.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good interpersonal relationships, and proficiency in technology and software.
