Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team at PDS Health. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Communication: Greet patients and guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and ensure that each healthcare provider has a smooth and productive day.
  • Front Office Operations: Manage front office tasks and ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments and post charges to patient accounts in accordance with company policies.
  • Practice Management System: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in our practice management system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of office practices, technology applications, and patient insurances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred.
  • Education: Coursework or training in dentistry, insurance, or business preferred.
