Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at LTD Global. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our organizational leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage office files and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging travel and accommodations.
  • Develop and maintain administrative databases, such as contact lists and shared calendars.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including data entry, scanning, and filing.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of progressive administrative experience.
  • Strong correspondence and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of vehicle handling and maintenance.
  • Government clearance preferred.
  • Class "C" Driver's License required.
