About Suncrest Hospice:
Suncrest Hospice is in search of a C.N.A Coordinator to enhance our dedicated team. This position operates from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage callouts from CNA field personnel and reassign patient visits as necessary
- Ensure the daily patient schedule is accurate and updated in the system. Assist with staffing for new admissions and scheduling as directed by management.

Respond to inquiries from various disciplines, family members, and referral sources to address concerns or general CNA-related questions.

Provide follow-up support and education to staff as required.
- Assist in the organization and execution of new-hire orientations for all CNA field personnel
- Compile weekly reports to be discussed in a meeting with the direct supervisor

- Aid in reviewing and exporting all visit data in our system, liaising with CNAs regarding their documentation and timecards, and reporting this information to the supervisor weekly.


Qualifications:
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently
- Strong communication skills
- Previous hospice experience is advantageous, though not mandatory
- Proficient in computer applications and spreadsheets
