Position: Foster Care and Adoption Services Supervisor

We are pleased to present an opportunity for the role of Foster Care and Adoption Services Supervisor within our organization. Below are the key details:

Salary Range: $76,373 to $140,493

Employment Type: Full Time

As a Foster Care and Adoption Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team that manages critical permanency programs, including foster care, adoption services, Fostering Futures, Resource Families, Title IV-e Benefits, and Adoption Assistance. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Delivering direct oversight and guidance to staff involved in foster care, adoption, and Fostering Futures initiatives
  • Ensuring up-to-date knowledge of programs related to foster care, adoption, and resource family support
  • Collecting and analyzing statistical data pertinent to foster care and adoption outcomes
  • Providing on-call supervisory assistance for child welfare personnel
  • Engaging in various meetings, committees, and task forces
  • Contributing to strategic planning and the implementation of best practice initiatives
  • Occasionally participating in activities outside of standard business hours
  • Executing other assigned responsibilities as required

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in social work practices, child welfare best practices, casework supervision, and trauma-informed care approaches.
