Salary Range: $76,373 to $140,493
Employment Type: Full Time
As a Foster Care and Adoption Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team that manages critical permanency programs, including foster care, adoption services, Fostering Futures, Resource Families, Title IV-e Benefits, and Adoption Assistance. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Delivering direct oversight and guidance to staff involved in foster care, adoption, and Fostering Futures initiatives
- Ensuring up-to-date knowledge of programs related to foster care, adoption, and resource family support
- Collecting and analyzing statistical data pertinent to foster care and adoption outcomes
- Providing on-call supervisory assistance for child welfare personnel
- Engaging in various meetings, committees, and task forces
- Contributing to strategic planning and the implementation of best practice initiatives
- Occasionally participating in activities outside of standard business hours
- Executing other assigned responsibilities as required
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in social work practices, child welfare best practices, casework supervision, and trauma-informed care approaches.
