Compensation Range: $76,373 to $140,493
Job Type: Full Time
As the Supervisor of Foster Care and Adoption Services, you will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to the management of permanency programs, including foster care, adoptions, and resource family initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Delivering direct oversight and guidance to staff involved in foster care, adoption, and related programs
- Keeping abreast of current practices and regulations in foster care and adoption
- Collecting and analyzing statistical information pertinent to foster care and adoption services
- Providing supervisory support on-call for child welfare personnel
- Engaging in various meetings, committees, and collaborative task forces
- Contributing to strategic planning and the implementation of best practices
- Occasionally participating in activities outside of standard business hours
- Executing other assigned responsibilities as needed
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in social work methodologies, child welfare practices, casework supervision, and trauma-informed care approaches.
