We are excited to present an opportunity for the role of Supervisor of Foster Care and Adoption Services within our organization. Below are the key details:

Salary Range: $76,373 to $140,493

Employment Type: Full Time

As the Supervisor of Foster Care and Adoption Services, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team that manages essential permanency programs, including foster care, adoptions, and resource family initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Delivering direct oversight and mentorship to staff involved in foster care, adoptions, and related programs
  • Staying informed on current practices and regulations concerning foster care and adoption
  • Collecting and analyzing statistical data pertinent to foster care and adoption services
  • Providing supervisory support on-call for child welfare personnel
  • Engaging in various meetings, committees, and collaborative task forces
  • Contributing to strategic planning and the implementation of best practices
  • Occasionally participating in activities outside of standard business hours
  • Executing other assigned responsibilities as needed

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in social work methodologies, child welfare best practices, casework supervision, and trauma-informed care approaches.
