Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will assist in the daily operations of the sales team.

Throughout the sales process, the coordinator will collaborate with internal departments and engage with clients to ensure all operational requirements are fulfilled.

This role is crucial in enhancing the efficiency of the sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and stakeholders to manage daily operational tasks for accounts, including new item setup, onboarding, reporting, and demo coordination.
  • Oversee the sales technology ecosystem, including prospecting tools, file sharing, CRM, and calendar management.
  • Support the generation of proposals and quotes by interfacing with the ERP system.
  • Facilitate tactical planning across departments closely aligned with customer needs.
  • Enhance sales productivity by streamlining processes and implementing automation tools such as contract management and content enablement software.
  • Work with teams to identify and implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting a sales team, preferably in a technology sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving, organizational, and administrative abilities.
  • Team-oriented with a high level of commitment.
  • Willingness to work onsite.
