Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our Sales Account Team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Account Team with various tasks, including Excel creation and analysis, customer account analysis, and PBi dashboard creation.
  • Build and provide client-facing reporting requests to the Account Team.
  • Work closely with Ops teams to coordinate creative flighting and changes.
  • Track all requests using a ticketing system and collaborate with stakeholders to complete tasks, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
  • Effectively follow process and guidelines to ensure seamless execution.
  • Review account health and provide optimization recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate with team members to manage daily team workload and schedules.
  • Help foster innovation in tools and processes to make the team more effective and efficient.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product releases and reporting functionality.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English.
