Job Title: Fire Service CoordinatorJob Summary:

JobsRUs.com is seeking a highly skilled Fire Service Coordinator to join our team in Redmond, WA. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer service requests, scheduling and dispatching technicians, and ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of technical service work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service, determining customer needs and matching appropriate technicians or team leads to the need.
  • Communicate action plans and services to be provided directly to customers, ensuring work is performed to their expectations and performing follow-up as needed.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate, reconciling all service requests daily.
  • Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with customer and service needs, ensuring technicians are provided with daily schedules and maintaining consistent communication.
  • Assist with creation of L&M quotations, develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors, and participate in business review meetings.
  • Research and follow up on questions identified during monthly business review, ensuring all customer account information is up to date.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
  • Ability to perform work independently, demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills, and have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Able to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to desired business goals and experience with basic project accounting or costing principles is desired.
