Job Title: Business Support and Administrative

At HonorVet Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Support and Administrative professional to join our team. As a key member of our Azure Primo team, you will provide administrative support to our partner-level managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex administrative tasks, including calendaring, travel arrangements, and business expenses.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and departmental operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide exceptional office support, including procurement of goods and services, vendor relationships, and facility operations.
  • Serve as the departmental contact, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Complete special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Typical Day in the Role:

As a Business Support and Administrative professional, you will spend approximately 10% of your time in meetings and 90% on miscellaneous tasks, including calendaring, onboarding new hires, headcount management, travel/morale budget management, onsite team support, space management, event planning, equipment ordering, and more.

Candidate Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in the field, with a strong track record of administrative support and coordination.
  • No degree or certification is required, but a college degree is a plus.
  • Disqualifiers include job hopping, unexplained gaps in employment, and grammatical errors on resumes.
  • Best candidates will have experience working with larger companies, sales or customer service backgrounds, and a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
Performance Indicators:
  • Quality of work, meeting deadlines, and ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with calendaring in Outlook.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with managing headcount and team support.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Microsoft tools, including Excel and Outlook.
Hard Skills Assessments:

Assessments will be scheduled as soon as possible and will include a panel-style evaluation with 2 people, lasting 30-45 minutes.
