We invite you to join our team as a Guest Services Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experiences. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to oversee our front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily functions.
In this role, you will manage a team of front desk associates and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
Your responsibilities will include managing human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and recognition programs, all aimed at maintaining a skilled and motivated team.

2+ years of experience in hotel front desk management or a related field
Strong leadership and management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Customer service-focused and dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences
Experience with cash handling is essential
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
Compensation: Salary range between $68K - $70K
