Valet Supervisor

Job Summary:

FC Hospitality is seeking a skilled Valet Supervisor to lead our guest experience team. As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising valet services at various locations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train valet staff to meet high standards of customer service and quality
• Monitor and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
• Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to improve performance and efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in valet services or a related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
