Junior Product Specialist - Software Solutions

An exceptional opportunity awaits a driven Graduate to step into the role of Product Specialist, working with a pioneering software technology firm. This organization is at the forefront of disruptive technology, specializing in machine learning solutions. Daily responsibilities will involve close collaboration with the sales team to deliver Proof of Concepts and support live customer engagements on a cutting-edge machine learning platform.

Location: Initially full-time in the office; hybrid arrangements can be discussed after a designated period.

Qualifications for Junior Product Specialist

  • A minimum of a 3.4 GPA in a bachelor’s degree from a prestigious University in a STEM or Law-related field.
  • Outstanding academic performance throughout High School and University (please include all academic achievements in your resume).
  • Basic proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
  • A proactive self-starter with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

Key Responsibilities for Junior Product Specialist

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, coordinating with internal teams, particularly the technical department.
  • Oversee live customer projects from initial planning through to final review.
  • Deliver training sessions for both new and existing customers.
  • Provide workflow guidance to customers utilizing the product.
  • Identify and propose significant new project opportunities.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to the technical team as necessary.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s technology to assist customers with data import/export processes.
  • Regularly update the management team regarding account statuses.
