Job Title: Manager, HRBP

Atlas Corp. is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders and their global teams, driving business outcomes through effective talent management, employee relations, and HR program design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a high-performance culture and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with HR centers of expertise to deliver best-in-class HR services, driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client groups, leadership teams, and employees, fostering a culture of change and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement talent management programs, succession planning, and performance management frameworks, ensuring a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop workforce plans, driving business outcomes through effective talent acquisition and development.
  • Provide hands-on HR support, including employee relations, talent management, and HR administration, ensuring seamless delivery of HR programs.
  • Drive process improvements, leveraging HR data to inform business decisions and optimize HR operations.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of belonging and respect.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, with CPHR designation an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
What We Offer:

Seaspan's total compensation package is based on our pay-for-performance philosophy, with a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $133,000 CAD per annum. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health, dental, life, and disability insurance, retirement savings plan matching, and other company-provided rewards.
