Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in a hybrid onsite role. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that encompasses three different companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and training schedules.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Champion company culture by organizing and promoting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead collaboration with the recruitment team to ensure a streamlined hiring process and efficient time to close.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Proven track record of leading and driving HR initiatives and demands.
  • Proficient knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to challenge and question when necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse leadership teams.
