About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Demand. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing innovative people strategies, optimizing performance management, and fostering a culture of high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Optimize Performance Management: Lead the development and implementation of our OKR+ performance management system, ensuring it is aligned with business goals and drives high performance.
  • Lead Talent Development Initiatives: Oversee talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development programs, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Drive Organizational Effectiveness: Design and implement organizational design and effectiveness initiatives that drive business results and improve employee experience.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Spearhead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create a workplace culture that values and celebrates diversity.
  • Provide Strategic Support: Provide strategic support to the CEO and leadership team on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years of Progressive HR Experience: Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with Performance Management Systems: Experience implementing and managing performance management systems, including OKRs or similar.
  • Strong Understanding of Organizational Design: Strong understanding of organizational design and effectiveness principles.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and build strong relationships.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Data-driven approach to decision making and strategy development.
