Qualifications we are looking for:

  • A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for caring for others
  • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills for effective communication
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and physical endurance to stand for extended periods
  • Minimum age of 18 years and High School Diploma or equivalent

LPNs at Morning Pointe are expected to go above and beyond their regular duties to ensure a high standard of care for our residents. In a collaborative work environment, LPNs receive training and support fellow staff in various tasks. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Developing and nurturing relationships with residents
  • Providing guidance to RA and CNA staff
  • Delivering exceptional care based on individual care plans
  • Prioritizing resident safety and well-being
  • Monitoring and recording resident health status
  • Assisting with medication management

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in the respective state and current CPR certification
