Qualifications we are looking for:
- A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for caring for others
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for effective communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and physical endurance to stand for extended periods
- Minimum age of 18 years and High School Diploma or equivalent
LPNs at Morning Pointe are expected to go above and beyond their regular duties to ensure a high standard of care for our residents. In a collaborative work environment, LPNs receive training and support fellow staff in various tasks. Typical responsibilities include:
- Developing and nurturing relationships with residents
- Providing guidance to RA and CNA staff
- Delivering exceptional care based on individual care plans
- Prioritizing resident safety and well-being
- Monitoring and recording resident health status
- Assisting with medication management
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the respective state and current CPR certification
