Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Addiction Recovery Care, LLC. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer medication and provide vital signs to clients
- Chart patient information for insurance purposes
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients
- Participate in crisis situations and provide support to clients
- Complete drug screening and maintain confidentiality
- Schedule appointments with physicians and mental health providers
- Log medications and maintain accurate records
- On-call for residential center and coordinate refills and new prescriptions
- Inventory medications weekly and maintain a professional code of ethics
- High School Diploma or GED
- LPN coursework completion
- Valid LPN License
- Substance abuse experience preferred
