We offer a range of clinical care programs, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Our skilled nursing facilities have achieved a 4 or 5-star overall rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

What We Offer
  • Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
  • Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
Requirements
  • Possess an Active LPN license in the state of residence.
  • Hold Current/active CPR Certification.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
  • Display excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
