Licensed Practical Nurse

Landmark of Danville is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while promoting independence and emotional well-being.
Job Summary:The LPN will be responsible for directing the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures, and participating in the development and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and supervisory skills, as well as the ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
Responsibilities:- Directs the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants
- Ensures compliance with facility policies and procedures
- Participates in quality assurance program development and implementation
- Provides data to the Quality Assurance & Assessment Committee
- Interprets department policies and procedures to personnel, residents, and visitors
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current, unencumbered LPN license in this state
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate effectively in English
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel
- New non-benefit wages
- Full-time every other weekend
- 1st shift available
- $4 shift differential for 2nd shift
- $3 shift differential for 3rd shift
- $3 shift differential for Weekend Option Program
- Overtime and extra shift bonuses
