Role Summary

This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals entering the workforce who are eager to gain practical experience. There are numerous opportunities for career advancement across various departments, including merchandising, accounting, and sales.

As a member of our Client Engagement team, you will manage over 60 calls daily, oversee multiple email accounts, and assist our sales teams. Reporting directly to the Client Engagement Manager, we are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and empathetic individual who can work both independently and collaboratively. Comfort in a dynamic environment, handling customer inquiries, and resolving complaints is essential. You will be part of a skilled, fast-paced team dedicated to excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily sales operations by responding to phone inquiries and processing orders via phone and email.
  • Manage return requests, credits, and all customer service-related emails.
  • Coordinate with common carriers regarding delivery issues, including call tag requests and package rerouting.
  • Assist multiple companies with their daily customer service needs.
  • Provide online chat support across all company websites.
  • Support account managers with bidding opportunities and customer pricing inquiries.
  • Maintain an error rate of less than 0.1% each month.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Encourage traffic to the company website.
  • Enhance proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Success Metrics for the First 90 Days:

  • Achieve 11.75 transactions per hour.
  • Handle over 60 phone calls daily.
  • Maintain an error rate below 0.1%.
  • Process orders for multiple companies efficiently.

  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
