Job Description

Caring Home Care, a Licensed Home Care Service Agency in New York City, is seeking an experienced Human Resource Coordinator to join our team.

This is a full-time position that involves conducting onboarding processes for new hires, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough background checks and pre-employment physicals for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including training schedules and medical files
  • Ensure timely submission of W-4 and IT2104 tax forms to the Finance Department
  • Coordinate HHA training and in-service schedules
  • Prepare employee ID badges and maintain personnel files

Requirements:

  • Experience working with HHA Exchange software and CHRC/Registry software
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
