About the RoleMirion Technologies (Capintec), Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the daily operations of the HR department. This role involves managing recruitment processes, employee relations, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, onboarding, and training and development for employees across all levels of the organization.

This position requires an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with employee issues in a professional manner, while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions.
  • Provide HR support in areas such as performance management, benefit programs, hiring, absence management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure accurate recording of monthly headcount data.
  • Develop and implement people plans aligned with the HR strategy and site business needs.
  • Participate in HR-related projects, making recommendations as required.
  • Deliver the engagement strategy focusing on areas such as engagement surveys and internal communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or another related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in an HR Generalist role in a manufacturing environment, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven track record of dealing with employee issues in a professional and non-threatening manner, building trust and rapport with the team.
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • HR Compliance (EEOC, OFCCP, AAP, etc.).

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
