HR Generalist Operations Manager

This position requires an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with employee issues in a professional manner, while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions.
- Provide HR support in areas such as performance management, benefit programs, hiring, absence management, and employee relations.
- Ensure accurate recording of monthly headcount data.
- Develop and implement people plans aligned with the HR strategy and site business needs.
- Participate in HR-related projects, making recommendations as required.
- Deliver the engagement strategy focusing on areas such as engagement surveys and internal communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or another related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in an HR Generalist role in a manufacturing environment, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proven track record of dealing with employee issues in a professional and non-threatening manner, building trust and rapport with the team.
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- HR Compliance (EEOC, OFCCP, AAP, etc.).
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
