Job Overview
The Rockridge Group is seeking an experienced Payroll and Time Management Systems Administrator to join our team. This is a remote opportunity with the potential to become permanent based on individual performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support for payroll and time tracking processes, working closely with stakeholders such as HR, finance, and third-party vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Develop and maintain enhanced business processes around time tracking and reporting, driving compliance with new business processes in the field.
Act as a technical expert and administrator of payroll and time attendance systems, including maintenance of system users, documentation, and configuration.
Responsible for day-to-day system support, interfaces to external vendors, developing automated controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the HRIS team on data integrations, project implementations, upgrades, testing, and business process enhancements.
Support internal and external audits related to payroll systems, user compliance, and data access.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of hands-on experience with payroll-HRIS systems, including payroll, core HR, time management, employee and manager self-service, and integrations with other payroll-HR systems.
Experience working with cloud-based providers like Workday, ADP, Ceridian, and related reporting capabilities.
Strong XML skills and SQL experience preferred.
Excellent analytical skills, ability to leverage data to make recommendations, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, meeting deadlines and deliverables with high accuracy.

Compensation Package:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
