Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lantern Community Services Inc. This is a full-time position that requires excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and colleagues, respond to phone calls and emails, and perform other duties as assigned.
  3. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with contract and state and local regulations.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year of experience working in an administrative capacity, and excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You must also have strong writing, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Range: $24.72 - $30.21 per hour
