Job Description

  • Assist with managing recruitment processes, employee relations, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, onboarding, and training and development for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide HR support in areas such as performance management, benefit programs, hiring, absence management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure accurate recording of monthly headcount data.
  • Drive the on-boarding process for new starters, including the induction program.
  • Support the recruitment process and be an active member of committees and special projects.
  • Partner with the global HR team and drive HR excellence by developing and implementing people plans.
  • Deliver the engagement strategy focusing on areas such as engagement surveys and internal communication.
  • Support change management processes and maintain confidentiality.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, psychology, or another related field.
  • Minimum 3 years working in an HR generalist role in a manufacturing environment with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with the team.
  • Proven track record of dealing with employee issues professionally and non-threateningly.
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications.
  • HR Compliance knowledge.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
