Human Resources Manager Position in New Hyde Park, NY

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to join our team at Everstaff as an HR Manager. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent and drive employee engagement.
  • Employee Relations and Support: Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts in a timely manner while maintaining accurate HR records.
  • Performance Management and Development: Conduct performance management processes and support professional development initiatives to ensure employees meet their career goals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and minimizing organizational risk.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred). 4+ years of experience in HR management with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.
  • HRIS and Software: Experience with HRIS and other HR management software.
  • Labor Laws and Regulations: Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
