Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk-III (Hybrid) to join our team at Serigor Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of contract support personnel who troubleshoot Microsoft M365, Teams, and IT issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in managing a team of contract support personnel who troubleshoot Microsoft M365, Teams, and IT issues.
• Identify areas of improvement on policies and procedures regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected.
• Ensure maximum issue resolutions in minimum time.
• Evaluate new information systems products or services and suggest changes to existing products or services to better aid the end user.
• Requires at least 3 years of experience in the field.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Independently performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
