Job Overview

Summary/Objective
The Human Resources (HR) Administrator plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR Manager and the broader HR team. This position involves liaising with various departments, managing documentation, and coordinating office events. The HR Administrator will assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing reports and presentations, conducting market analysis, and performing additional tasks such as drafting memos and handling phone inquiries. This role is vital for establishing effective communication channels between departments and delivering insightful information regarding market trends and business prospects. Accurate data management is also a significant aspect of this position.

Essential Functions
  • Facilitates the daily operations of the HR department.
  • Plans and executes events, including logistics such as catering and venue arrangements.
  • Manages office supplies, equipment, and overall facility upkeep.
  • Oversees administrative tasks associated with HR functions.
  • Organizes and maintains both physical and digital records.
  • Coordinates meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Conducts project management and basic research activities.
  • Prepares correspondence and various reports.
  • Arranges travel logistics as needed.
  • Maintains meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Provides assistance to other managers as required.
  • Adheres to the Company Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.
  • Complies with all workplace rules and directives from supervisors.
  • Upholds confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor and organized workspace.
  • Participates in relevant training sessions.
  • Attends company meetings as necessary.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
