In this key position, you will play a significant role in the design and construction administration of various projects, effectively engaging clients, leading multi-discipline teams, developing junior staff, and collaborating with senior team members to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and construction administration of diverse projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and understanding of their needs.
  • Lead and manage multi-discipline teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Identify and develop junior staff, providing mentorship and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify new business opportunities, driving growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in water resources engineering, with a strong track record of project delivery.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in task management and project budgeting.
  • Ability to coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, agencies, and members of the public.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000, with a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, 401K, paid healthcare, paid holidays, PTO for volunteer work, relocation assistance (if required), and a family-oriented work environment.
