Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Advanced Hospitality Internship program at Kalahari Resorts and Conventions. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various departments, including Front Office, Culinary, Dry Park Operations, Food Beverage, Construction/Development, Human Resources, Marketing, and Retail.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily operations of running America's Largest Waterpark Resorts
  • Learn and master software systems, SOPs, and supervisory tasks
  • Gain experience in multiple concepts, scratch cooking, and food service operations
  • Assist in the supervision of ride attendants and daily activities
  • Participate in HRIS projects, applicant tracking, file management, uniform management, and international student program administration
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, social media, PR initiatives, and print distribution
  • Assist in retail operations and create guest memories
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in the hospitality industry
  • Completed the Hospitality Introduction Internship
  • Previously been a Kalahari Resorts Associate
  • Ready to graduate in 2025 or 2026
