Key Responsibilities

The Chief Human Resources Officer will oversee the comprehensive human resources operations for our nationwide workforce. This role involves establishing, enforcing, and assessing compliance with human resources policies and best practices, as well as defining and executing long-term strategic talent management objectives.

Strategic Leadership


• Develop and guide the HR team within a shared service model.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.

• Over 12 years of progressive HR experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

• Experience in manufacturing or construction sectors is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams.

• Proven ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Strong business acumen with extensive HR experience.

• Expertise in organizational design, change management, and talent development.

• Skilled in employee relations and performance management.
