About the Role:

In this key position, you will play a significant role in the design and construction administration of various projects, effectively engage clients, lead multi-discipline teams, develop junior staff, and collaborate with senior team members to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and construction administration of diverse projects
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals
  • Develop and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in water resources engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in team management
  • Ability to create accurate project budgets and manage projects to those budgets
  • Experience in coordinating with clients, sub-consultants, agencies, and members of the public
