Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Document Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in document control, quality assurance, or a related administrative role and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Manage, organize, and maintain controlled documents, ensuring accuracy, proper labeling, and version control.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and updates, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with QA audits and ensure all required documents are accessible and up-to-date.
  • Generate and distribute reports, logs, and records as needed to support quality assurance initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the QA team, including data entry, scheduling, and filing.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within document control and QA workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Experience in document control, quality assurance, or a related administrative role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
