Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Accounting Professional to join L&K Distribution's Accounting team. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounting department to create and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoicing and Financial Record-Keeping: Enter invoices, financial data, and transactions in Quickbooks accurately
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintenance of Records: Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
  • Reporting: Prepare and contribute to company reports via Quickbooks & Excel
  • Spreadsheets: Create accurate spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
  • Office Administration: Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
  • Accounting Support: Assist the Accounting department with various office and administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as an invoicer, bookkeeper, or similar position
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Understanding: Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
  • Skills: Skilled in usage of Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and basic accounting systems
  • Mathematical and Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
  • Time Management: Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
