Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Manage shared calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with staff and vendors.
  • Data Entry and Processing: Perform data entry tasks, process donations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and oversee janitorial services.
  • IT Support: Assist staff with basic IT needs, collaborate with contract IT, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, including setup and logistics.
  • Communication: Prepare emails, letters, reports, and instructional documents for staff and external parties.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salsa Labs, and basic computer maintenance knowledge.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with staff, community leaders, volunteers, and donors effectively.
