Recruiting and HR Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Intern in Recruiting and HR Development. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end recruiting process for various positions, including business and investment roles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a solid and measurable end-to-end recruiting process for various business and investment positions.
- Plan and execute the best sourcing strategy, including headhunting, to attract top candidates.
- Provide a first-class candidate experience by building and maintaining great candidate relationships.
- Optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize social media as a sourcing and attraction platform to promote our employer brand through content marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex operational processes.
- Passion for actively and passively hiring investment and tech positions.
- Ability to take on the challenges of a high-volume recruitment role.
- Digital native with comfort working online and with social media.
- Result-driven with a "can-do" attitude.
- Proactive and customer-oriented.
- Approach work in a highly structured and pragmatic way to master various challenges.
- Excellent English communication skills - German a plus.
- A fast-paced working environment with challenges that let you grow day by day.
