Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Intern in Recruiting and HR Development. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end recruiting process for various positions, including business and investment roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a solid and measurable end-to-end recruiting process for various business and investment positions.
  • Plan and execute the best sourcing strategy, including headhunting, to attract top candidates.
  • Provide a first-class candidate experience by building and maintaining great candidate relationships.
  • Optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize social media as a sourcing and attraction platform to promote our employer brand through content marketing.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex operational processes.
  • Passion for actively and passively hiring investment and tech positions.
  • Ability to take on the challenges of a high-volume recruitment role.
  • Digital native with comfort working online and with social media.
  • Result-driven with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Proactive and customer-oriented.
  • Approach work in a highly structured and pragmatic way to master various challenges.
  • Excellent English communication skills - German a plus.
