Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of quality candidates for part-time or seasonal roles within our venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions for open positions
  • Develop a recruitment strategy to attract top talent
  • Build talent pipelines through online sourcing, job fairs, and partnerships
  • Work with venue leadership to create marketing campaigns for job opportunities
  • Source candidates, screen, and interview applicants
  • Prepare candidates for onboarding and maintain communication
  • Track company referral bonuses and other perks
Requirements:
  • Self-driven and motivated individual
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably WorkDay
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven mentality and ability to use technology
  • Level-headed attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to travel within the immediate market for recruitment events and marketing efforts
  • High School Diploma/GED and previous recruitment experience required
