About the Role

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize the risk of injury to employees and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintenance Planning: Create and execute maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize root cause analysis tools and methodologies to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • CMMS Management: Develop and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and optimize maintenance activities.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance technicians.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Manage purchasing and inventory activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of maintenance materials.
  • Quality Management: Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and RC 14001.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a focus on reliability and efficiency.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Proficiency in CMMS software and data analytics tools.
