Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in supervising work at all levels, including Front Desk, Breakfast staff, and housekeeping staff, and set clear objectives.
  • Assist in planning activities and allocating responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model.
  • Communicate with guests, welcoming them to the facilities, addressing their complaints, finding solutions to problems, and offering information.
  • Assist in dealing with maintenance issues, staff shortages, equipment issues, and renovations.
  • Assist in inspecting facilities regularly and enforcing strict compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Hotel experience required.
  • Front Desk experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a business mindset.
  • Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail.
