We are seeking an experienced Head of Culinary Operations to join our team, responsible for driving innovation and excellence in our kitchen operations.
In this role, you will lead a team of skilled chefs and cooks, developing and implementing new menu concepts that showcase our commitment to sustainability and local sourcing. Your expertise in food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new menu concepts, working closely with our culinary team and purchasing department.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of food inventory, labor costs, and other key performance metrics.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of managerial restaurant experience, with a strong background in culinary arts.
- Proven track record of innovating menu concepts and improving kitchen efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
