Cipriani is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee daily culinary operations in our high-volume restaurant. This role requires a hospitality-focused individual with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Job Description

The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall quality of food, presentation, and efficient kitchen operation. Key responsibilities include menu development, managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff to promote continuous improvement and adherence to standards.
  • Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks to maintain consistency.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies to ensure adequate stock.
  • Monitor food costs and minimize waste.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, with at least 2 years in an executive or head chef role, is required. Culinary degree or equivalent training from a recognized culinary institute is preferred.

The salary for this position is estimated to be $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
